Introduction to the Arts 1: Music Podcast Assignment

As part of my module "Introduction to the Arts 1," I was tasked with creating a podcast, and I decided to center it around K-pop music. This topic caught my attention because I wanted to investigate how K-Pop has molded the musical inclinations and habits of young people aged 16 to 21, who were the focus of my assignment. My task involved producing an audio recording that could not exceed eight minutes, as well as a written transcript.

This assignment presented some challenges for me, such as finding reliable sources, choosing relevant examples, and engaging the audience. Additionally, I cultivated my skills in research, writing, communication, and editing. I received positive feedback from my lecturer, who commended my content and discussion. My main points were praised for being well-constructed and expanded upon, with a variety of reliable sources used to back them up. The outcome of this task proved to be quite satisfactory and I gained a considerable amount of knowledge from its execution.
