Social Media Marketing Module Assignment Project
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I undertook a social media marketing video assignment as part of the Social Media Marketing module. The project, which involved promoting a product, was a challenging yet enriching experience. We gained valuable skills in storyboarding and scripting, crucial components of effective video production.
The pandemic presented unique challenges. We had to follow safety measures, which sometimes led to miscommunication. For example, there was some confusion about wearing masks indoors during filming. As a result, some scenes were filmed without faces.
Despite these hurdles, the project was a learning experience. It taught us the importance of clear communication, especially in extraordinary circumstances such as a pandemic. It also highlighted the need for adaptability and resilience in the face of unexpected challenges.
Overall, the experience was a testament to our ability to navigate complex situations while learning new skills. It was a reminder that even in the face of adversity we can create meaningful and impactful work. This project was not just about producing a video; it was a journey of growth, learning and resilience.
